The Murfreesboro Monument Project
The Murfreesboro Monument project was a project based on making an interactive solution for historian research on the monuments and historical site in Murfreesboro. We were tasked with finding a way to make this information exciting and inviting to look at, and trying to engage new types of audiences.
Our solution was a website that detailed information in a timeline style, with a blue and gold color scheme (based on civil war uniforms), with an interactive map. We also came up with a series of instagram ads to help us reach out to younger audiences, to try to get them to engage in the history of their city more.
